Q RINGS BCD110x4 oval chainrings are compatible with ALDHU 3D +, ROTOR's lightest cranks, but can also be mounted on Shimano® BCD 110x4 cranks. When used with ROTOR's ALDHU 3D + cranks, OCP Mount technology (Optimum Chainring Position) allows them to be adjusted in 1 degree increments to achieve the most suitable position for the biomechanics of our pedaling, while on Shimano® cranks they are placed in the intermediate position OCP 3, the most used by cyclists.
To achieve a perfect aesthetic integration, a set of covers is available for each Shimano® crank model.
The Q RINGS oval chainrings increase performance by activating a greater number of muscle groups, generating more power, and at the same time, reducing the stress on the knee in the long term. Its 12.5% ovality offers a significant improvement over other oval chainrings where no other offers adjustment positions.
